RPM Online Booking

Walk-in Policy

RPM Raceway is a walk-in entertainment venue — reservations are not required to race at our facility.  As a courtesy to guests who wish to have reservations, a limited number of advance online race slots are available online.

Online Booking Terms & Conditions.

  • All guests must check in at Guest Services at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled race time. Guests arriving with less than 30 minutes before their race will forfeit the race with no refunds or rescheduling. 
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring that all racers meet the required age and height specifications prior to purchase. Please review the requirements below. If an incorrect race category is purchased and a racer does not meet the specifications upon arrival, the guest may be placed into a later race, resulting in a longer wait time. 
  • An RPM account is required to use the online booking system. Online registration is available on the Race page for each location. Please be sure to register for the specific location where you plan to race. 
  • All sales are final. Online bookings cannot be refunded, changed, or rescheduled for any reason. 
  • Every racer must complete their own waiver using their full legal name. 
  • Minors must have their account profile and waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian. 
  • Online race times are estimated and may be subject to operational delays. RPM Raceway cannot modify or refund bookings due to such delays. 
  • Races are announced 10–15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. 
  • A headsock is required for all racers who do not bring their own helmet and must be purchased in-store during check-in. 
  • Online scheduling is currently available only for PRO-level races. Guests must have PRO status on their RPM account to book online.

JUNIOR

  • At least 58” tall
  • At least 13 years old
  • Safely able to reach pedals

PRO

  • Previously Qualified Lap Time on Adult Speed
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Please Note: Pro Races are limited to weekdays only

Billing Terms & Conditions.

  • All online purchases are non-refundable and cannot be modified at the venue. 
  • Discounts, promotions, and coupons cannot be applied to online orders. 
  • RPM Raceway reserves the right to suspend or deactivate online purchases if fraudulent activity is suspected, until verification is completed. 
  • By completing an online purchase, the guest authorizes RPM Raceway to charge the provided payment method for the full amount of the order, including taxes and fees. 
  • Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information. RPM Raceway is not responsible for delays or failed transactions caused by incorrect payment details. 
  • RPM Raceway is not liable for bank fees, overdraft charges, or declined transactions resulting from insufficient funds or card issuer restrictions. 
  • In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, RPM Raceway reserves the right to suspend the guest’s account and future booking privileges until the matter is resolved. 
  • Purchases may be subject to identity or payment verification. Orders may be delayed or canceled if verification cannot be completed. 
  • RPM Raceway is not responsible for technical errors, including but not limited to website outages, payment processor issues, or duplicate submissions. Guests should contact Guest Services promptly if an error is suspected. 
  • Receipts and transaction confirmations will be provided electronically. Guests are responsible for retaining proof of purchase. 
  • RPM Raceway reserves the right to update pricing, fees, and billing policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect completed purchases. 

Guide To Terms & Conditions.

  • Choose the correct product based on the kart requirements listed above. 
  • Enter the number of people you would like to include in your booking. 
  • Select the date you would like to book your race. 
  • Choose your preferred time slot(s). 
    • The system does not allow back-to-back race bookings. 
    • Once a time slot is selected, the system will automatically block the race immediately following it. 
  • Click the “X” to return to the previous screen. 
    • Your selected time slots will appear at the bottom of the page. 
  • Add the selection to your cart, then review your order to ensure you have chosen the correct products and time slots. 
  • Confirm that your personal information is accurate. 
  • Proceed to payment to complete your booking.
