The tech-forward racing and hospitality company with locations on the East Coast joins the ranks of Waymo, Nvidia, Duolingo, and more
New York, New York (March 24, 2026) —
is proud to have been named to Fast Company’s prestigious list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2026. This year’s list shines a spotlight on businesses that are shaping industry and culture through their innovations to set new standards and achieve remarkable milestones in all sectors of the economy. Alongside the World’s 50 Most Innovative Companies, Fast Company recognizes 609 organizations across 58 sectors and regions.
"Being recognized by Fast Company is an incredible achievement for our team. Real estate, hospitality, and technology are converging in a way that has created a real opportunity to redefine how people gather and connect. RPM's competitive socializing platform brings real racing, world-class hospitality, and cutting-edge technology, all under one roof, in spaces designed to pull people away from their screens and into shared experiences with family, friends, and colleagues,” shared Andrew Farage, Founder & CEO.
Motorsports in America are no longer niche — Formula 1's US fanbase has surpassed 52 million and NASCAR's exceeds 75 million, fueled by Netflix and Apple bringing the sport to a new generation. That exposure is doing something powerful: it's turning viewers into participants, and RPM Raceway is where that impulse finds an experiential home. RPM has been building for exactly this intersection, pushing the boundaries of what a racing and entertainment venue can offer through proprietary technology, world record-setting tracks, and an unrivaled guest experience.
In May 2025, RPM Raceway’s Long Island location earned the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title for the World’s Longest Indoor Multi-Level Go-Kart Track, a first-of-its-kind designation spanning more than 3,515 feet across three levels of vertical elevation. The track is more than an engineering achievement; it integrates high-performance electric karts with RPM’s R-TECH platform to deliver live lap analytics and real-time competitive data to drivers during each race.
That same signature technology powers Kart Klash, built in partnership with SODIKART, the first live-action, gamified kart racing experience in the United States. Drivers deploy power-ups—including bombs, missiles, shields, boosts and EMPs—to outmatch their competitors on the track, translating the mechanics of nostalgic video game racing into the real world. The result is a format where strategy beats speed and no two races are the same.
RPM's Performance Karting vertical hosted adult and junior racing leagues across 40 weeks of structured, high-speed competition, reflecting the growing demand for competitive karting while creating a genuine pathway for aspiring professionals. RPM was selected by SODIKART to host the inaugural U.S. SWS E-Regional Cup in March, drawing competitors from across the region to race on its record-breaking track. Top finishers earned qualification to the Sodi World Series E-Finals in Italy, one of the most prestigious stages in competitive karting on the global circuit.
Building on this momentum, RPM Raceway plans to expand its national footprint with one new venue under construction, slated to open in 2026 and two additional venues open by 2027, bringing its tech-forward hospitality model to new markets across the United States.
The World’s Most Innovative Companies stands as Fast Company’s hallmark franchise and one of its most anticipated editorial efforts of the year. To determine honorees, Fast Company’s editors and writers review companies driving progress around the world and across industries, evaluating thousands of submissions through a competitive application process. The result is a globe-spanning guide to innovation today, from early-stage startups to some of the most valuable companies in the world.
“Our list of the Most Innovative Companies offers both a comprehensive look at innovation today and a playbook for the future,” said Fast Company editor-in-chief Brendan Vaughan. “This year, we recognize companies that are harnessing AI in deep and meaningful ways, brands that are turning customers into superfans by overdelivering for them, and challengers that are introducing bold ideas and vital competition to their industries. At a time when the world is rapidly shifting, these companies are charting the way forward.”
